Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over €150 within Italy. For international shipments, free shipping is available for orders over €250.
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped only after payment has been successfully processed. During high demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your order through either the FedEx or TNT tracking systems.
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please provide an alternative address for delivery. Additionally, please note that some countries may have specific import regulations or restrictions that could affect the delivery of your order.
