At Toro Firenze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy in accordance with Italian law and European Union regulations. Below you will find all the information you need regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

Under Italian consumer law and the European Union's consumer protection rules, you have the right to return or exchange any product purchased on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The return period begins the day after you receive the goods.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Products such as custom-made items, gift cards, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
  • The product must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.).

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email at support@torofirenze.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
  • We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, as well as a return authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us using your preferred courier (FedEx for international returns or TNT for domestic returns in Italy).

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For returns in Italy, we use TNT for domestic shipments. For international returns, we use FedEx. Please ensure that you follow the return instructions provided by us to avoid delays or complications with your return process.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@torofirenze.com. We will offer a full refund, exchange, or repair for faulty products, as required by law.

7. VAT & Taxes

All products sold on Toro Firenze are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) as per Italian and European Union law. VAT is included in the price of all items on our website. In the case of returns, the refund will be issued including the VAT paid on the returned goods.
